Remember when Congress gave Henry Paulson $700 Billion dollars? Well, considering that it was a blank check, I’m rather surprised that any of it went toward what the money was planned for. Well, that’s just the pessimist in me I guess. As it turns out, only HALF will actually be used what it was planned for.
